The Lodge on Gorham's Bluff is committed to providing its guests a one-of-a-kind atmosphere through impeccable hospitality, first-class amenities, and second-to-none culinary artistry.
Our guests choose one of two convenient meal plans designed to best meet their needs.
Full American Plan
The Full American Plan (FAP) reflects the Lodge's core commitment to fully nourish and replenish our guests, body and soul. Enjoy luxury accommodations for two in one of our Lodge rooms or private cottages along with three carefully crafted meals per day prepared by gourmet chefs using only the finest seasonal ingredients.
Each morning features a sit-down, made-to-order breakfast at a time you choose. At midday, it's a gourmet box lunch you can enjoy on the Lodge porch, in your room or cottage - we'll even pack it up so you can take it with you on a hike!
With the evening comes the flexibility to choose one of three dinner options:
Our version of "Chef's Table" features a four-course meal complete with personal interaction with Executive Chef Kurt Jones and a few culinary surprises along the way. (FAP, including breakfast, lunch, and "Chef's Table" evening meal: $75 plus tax & gratuity)
We also offer a three-course dinner which includes an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. (FAP, including breakfast, lunch, and three-course evening meal: $60 plus tax & gratuity)
And for something a little lighter, you can choose our version of soup and salad, a three course option that includes two chef's choice appetizers and dessert. (FAP, including breakfast, lunch, and lighter three-course meal: $45 plus tax & gratuity)
Choices Plan
For those who prefer to create their own meal combinations, there's the Choices Plan, which allows guests to take full advantage of any of our daily culinary offerings-breakfast, lunch, or one of our three dinner options-as their plans and tastes allow.
Individual Meal Prices
Breakfast: $14.50 plus tax & gratuity
Lunch: $20 plus tax & gratuity
"Chef's Table": $55 plus tax & gratuity
Three-Course Dinner with Entrée: $39 plus tax & gratuity
Lighter Three-Course Dinner: $24.95 plus tax & gratuity
